By clicking on the "Pay Now" button, I understand that I will be directed to a PayPal checkout page for a one-time registration fee payment.  Upon completion of the registration fee, I will return to this page to schedule automatic monthly payments.  By clicking on the "Subscribe" button below, I understand that I will be directed to a PayPal checkout page for automatic monthly credit card drafts.  My credit card of choice will be automatically charged the indicated installment amount each month, on the same date of subscription enrollment, until the end of the school year term.  Subscribing to monthly drafts & clicking on the "Subscribe" button only needs to be done ONCE.  Checkout page will indicate 9 monthly installments, however, if I enroll after August or September, the number of monthly drafts may vary.  I will need to review the official "Kindermusik Confirmation & Payment" email from Mrs. Henderson for the exact number of monthly installments.  I may request cancellation of card charges before the end of the school year term due to withdrawal from a parent & child class or withdrawal from a preschool, with a required 2-week notice.  I understand that it is my responsibility to update any credit card changes, account number, expiration date, etc. before the next installment draft date.
